Sudan Productive Capacity Recovery Programme (SPCRP)
Match Maker was appointed as technical advisor to the Sudan Productive Capacity Recovery Programme (SPCRP) of the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations in 2009. Financed by the European Commission, the SPCRP is a four-year intervention that aims to strengthen the capacities of government administrations as well as non-state actors working in the agricultural sector. Match Maker identified groundnuts, sorghum and tomatoes as commodities for domestic promotion. (www.fao.org)
