Match Maker worked in Mozambique during 2007 in order to assess the fair trade cashew market for FairMatch Support, a Netherlands non-governmental organisation.

Match Maker was contracted in 2007 to strengthen the advisory capacity of the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV) for the purpose of analysing and developing the banana sub-sector in Mozambique. Working with a banana value chain team, Match Maker assisted in producing a banana sub-sector map with gross margins and production volumes, evaluating the major supply channels, and recommending supply chains that can be developed into pro-poor value chains.
